  • “Portal” means the website located at My CPA and the Cerebral Palsy Alliance MyCPA App, which we administer
  • “Privacy Policy” means our privacy policy available at Privacy Policy
  • “Website” means the website located at Home Page, which we administer.

Why these Terms of use are important

By accessing the Portal or Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of use and our Privacy Policy and that you are accessing them at your own risk. This means you need to know what your responsibilities are and follow them.

About the Portal

The Portal provides a personalised self-service system that allows you to update your personal information, view details for the services that we currently provide you and perform transactions with us.

Access to the Portal is voluntary. In order to gain access to the Portal, we will need to register you and you will be required to comply with the Terms of use and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to monitor your use of the Portal to make sure you are complying with the Terms of use.

What are your responsibilities?

These are the actions you are responsible for. If you do not follow these, we may lock, suspend or remove your access to the Portal.

  • You need to keep your personal information secure. You need to keep your access details to the Portal (including your password) safe, otherwise it is possible someone could try and pretend to be you online. Only allow someone you trust to access the Portal on your behalf.

  • You need to notify us immediately if you believe there is unauthorised use of your access to the Portal.

If you do not take reasonable actions to keep your Portal details safe and someone is able to sign in, or if you give someone your details so that they can sign into your account, you are responsible for everything that person does with your account.

  • We take all reasonable steps to provide high availability of the Portal, but this cannot be guaranteed. We make no guarantees as to server reliability, speed, or consistency, and cannot be held liable for these.

We will let you know if we are going to discontinue the Portal (which we reserve the right to do at any time).
